WHO IS ELLIE

Clients rave; so who is Ellie? Ellie received her real estate license in 1999, and received her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation in 2002, and continues her real estate education to assist her clients in the industry that is changing each and every day.

Before entering the real estate industry, Ellie worked for a Japanese Tour and Travel Company as a Research and Liaison Officer. Her responsibilities were to connect and collaborate with United States companies, schools, hospitals, non-profits, sports organizations, start-ups, and the lists go on. Then, organize meetings, events, and conferences with industry counterparts from Japan.  Ellie specialized in the medical, pharmaceutical and senior-service industries.

Prior to Podley Properties, Ellie worked for an independent real estate company in the San Gabriel Valley.

Ellie was born and raised in Japan. She grew up in Yokohama, Japan’s second largest city, a cosmopolitan port city with more than 4.5 million people and home to more than 100,000 businesses today. Ellie attended an American School in Japan, and speaks fluent Japanese.

Ellie is skilled in overseeing all aspects of real estate transaction ~ buying, selling, staging, transaction and escrow management, to closing. With an exceptional office team of Broker-Associate Manager, Administrative Officer, Marketing Director, IT Technician, and Transaction Director/ Coordinator, you can count on a 5-Star Service from Ellie and Podley Properties Team.
